Who is the personal fitness trainer who fits your personality?
There are two answers to this.
1. your best personal fitness trainer is yourself. Let’s be honest, how difficult is personal fitness training?
What do you enjoy doing? -solo sports like running, cycling, swimming or team activities such as soccer, rugby, etc.
How can you make the most of where you live? Is it a rural area which is good for walking, hill running etc or a large city with excellent gyms?
How can you fit it in with your lifestyle? – Do you have time at weekends? Do you live close enough to work to turn your commute into a run or cycle?
Do you have a friend who will join you and drag you out when it is cold or raining?
Do you enjoy treats and can you find a way to motivate yourself this way (e.g. lose so many pounds in weight = new clothes,or saving the fuel costs whenever you walk/run somewhere and putting the money to one side until you have enough for your treat).
Spend money on a personal fitness trainer if you wish, but there’s really no need. The only person who can really get you fit is yourself.
